ANU Film Group is the student film society of the Australian National University (ANU), located on the Acton campus in Canberra. It stages regular screenings of independent, classic and international films, student premieres, retrospectives and themed film events. The venue is not a multiplex but a campus film/arthouse setting — screenings are held in a small lecture-theatre or screening room on campus. The group is based at the corner of Fellows and Garran Roads, close to the National Library of Australia and Lake Burley Griffin. Events are aimed at students and the wider Canberra community and often include discussions, Q&As and educational programs.
