National Film & Sound Archive / Arc

National Film & Sound Archive / Arc is the screening venue and public program of the National Film and Sound Archive of Australia, located on the Acton Peninsula in Canberra near the Australian National University. Arc presents restored and archival prints, independent and classic films, and hosts festivals, talks, Q&As and educational programs. The venue focuses on archive and heritage cinema, offering screenings from original film formats (including 35mm and 16mm) as well as contemporary digital projection. It sits within the NFSA exhibition and research complex, providing access to Australia's audiovisual collections.
